Reform Agenda

The Reform Agenda is structured around four main policy areas, setting the priorities and broad scope of reforms that Bosnia and Herzegovina is implementing with EU support under the Growth Plan. Within each area, reforms are grouped into measures, then into components, and finally into steps, the concrete milestones used to track progress. EU funding is released only when these steps are completed, so support is directly linked to real results. This approach makes progress easier to follow and helps ensure reforms deliver visible benefits for people and businesses.
